– Founder. Designer. Builder.
Akansha Jalan is the Co-Founder & CEO of HeyVoli, bringing together a background in design, product thinking, technology, research, and entrepreneurship.
Her journey began in UI/UX design, where she developed a strong instinct for understanding people, identifying problems, and turning complexity into meaningful experiences. Over time, that perspective expanded beyond individual products and interfaces toward the larger systems behind them.
That evolution shaped the way she thinks about building.
For Akansha, solving a problem starts with understanding it deeply, the people involved, the constraints around it, and the systems that influence it. She believes the strongest ideas often emerge when you question the assumptions behind the problem rather than simply improving the existing solution.
Her curiosity has taken her across disciplines including blockchain, cybersecurity, smart transportation, and quantum cryptography, with published research reflecting her interest in emerging technology and the systems it can create.
She was also recognized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, for a winning concept developed for the World Food Hackathon.
Alongside her creative and technical background, Akansha holds a PMP certification, bringing a structured approach to planning, execution, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
Today, she brings these perspectives together as a founder, combining the empathy of a designer, the curiosity of a technologist, and the ownership required to build through uncertainty.
She believes leadership is not about having every answer. It is about creating clarity, making the difficult decisions, and giving people the conviction to move forward.
